REPLACEMENT POLICY

We have a no return but a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at support@snugglecart.com.

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return order in the same address as before and it will be delivered to you within the stipulated time.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect and make a video of your order while unboxing or opening it upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-replaceable items:

Certain types of items cannot be replaced, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept replacements for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacements on gift cards.

 

ORDER TRACKING:

After you’ve placed your order successfully, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will include your order tracking number, so keep it safe.

Please note that while we aim to process all orders as fast as we can, in order to ensure high quality, it can take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and relayed to our shipping partner.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES:

Currently, we’re shipping to most cities across the country. If your chosen destination is not appearing during the checkout process, please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help.

The shipping costs and times depend on your shipping destination, and you will get an estimation of the total cost and duration of your shipment as part of the checkout process. Please note that once the order has been shipped, you should be in touch with the courier to get a more accurate account of your order’s arrival.

On average, you should expect to receive your order within 14 days after you’ve placed your order with us. We will be in touch with you if we expect any delays.
